A comprehensive and holistic health assessment of your presenting symptoms to unravel your root-cause
Dietary, Lifestyle, and Bloodwork Analysis
An individualised treatment plan for optimal nutrition and well-being based on strategies we’ve discussed. This will include a session summary with big-picture goals and small action steps.
Referral for functional pathology testing if required.
Ongoing support and accountability between follow-up sessions.
Access to me via private messenger through your client portal.

Follow Up Consultation
Making changes to the way you eat can seem overwhelming. Our follow-up sessions will provide you with ongoing support, monitoring and accountability to help you progress toward your health goals.
Your treatment plan will be reviewed and adapted based on your progress, success, challenges and symptoms since our last appointment. New pathological test results (if necessary) will be discussed. Follow-up sessions will provide structured education and clarity for your individual needs, in order to better understand your own health.
Meal plans will also be reviewed during fortnightly follow-ups to allow room for changes in structure, preferences, changing energy requirements and any requests to ensure your meal plan is still sustainable, enjoyable and nutritious for you.
After our consultation, a meal plan is specifically designed for you and your health goals in a way that is sustainable, fulfilling and that most importantly, ensures adequate nutrient intake.
By using Foodworks, all macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamin and mineral requirements for your age, gender, height, weight, BMI, ethnicity, fitness level, and health goals are being met. This ensures your body is not deprived of any vital nutrients while supporting your journey to optimal well-being.
Meal Plans and recipes are able to be alternated weekly, depending on your time flexibility, preference, nutrient requirements and menstrual cycle (for women). You may choose between a more structured or flexible meal plan.
Wondering how many sessions you need? That will depend on your long-term health goals, what support systems you have in place, and your current diet and relationship with food. After purchasing an initial consultation, you may purchase follow-up appointments individually or in packages, which include discounted follow-up appointments and discounted weekly meal plans. Once you have completed a follow-up package, you may renew, change to a different package, or move to scheduling individual sessions.
