About Me

Hello! I'm Sandra, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and a Nutritionist. I have a tertiary Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and a Master of Dietetics degree. I take on a holistic approach to promote, educate, and guide well-being through the use of dietary intervention, lifestyle modification and psychological awareness.

I use an evidence-based approach to treatment by finding and treating the root cause rather than the presenting symptoms alone. 

With the right support through holistic healing and dietary intervention, I believe the human body has an incredible way of healing itself within the right environment.

Your first consultation is about understanding you and involves a comprehensive and holistic health assessment of your presenting symptoms to unravel your root-cause and includes an individualised treatment plan for optimal nutrition and well-being -includes meal plan.

Making changes to the way you eat can seem overwhelming. Our follow-up sessions will provide you with ongoing support, monitoring and accountability to help you progress toward your health goals. 

Meal Plans are specifically designed for you and your health goals in a way that is sustainable, fulfilling and that most importantly, ensures adequate nutrient intake to help you reach your health goals.
